The waitress’s straightforward behavior at once drove Guo mad, and he yelled after the waitress with his forefi nger pointing at her back. “Bitch!!! ... I don’t want to argue with a bitch!... Call your manager!”
At this point, we all moved towards the reception in an attempt to calm Guo. But we failed. Our attempt seemed to add fuel to the fire and therefore, inflame the situation. Guo’s madness only erupted to the extreme when the manager appeared.
